The holiday season is one of the most magical times of the year, and if you’re searching for a magical Christmastime, look no further than the Magic Kingdom and the Walt Disney World Resort!
But Disney fans of all kinds can join in the jolly fun even without park admission. The Walt Disney World Resort will offer a free meet-and-greet with Santa Claus himself when he visits Disney Springs for the holidays.
Like last year, Disney Springs will offer a meet-and-greet with Santa Claus at Once Upon a Toy. Prospective Guests will be required to sign up for the interaction by utilizing a virtual queue within the My Disney Experience app, as no standby line will be provided.
Guests will have the opportunity to enter the virtual queue using their mobile device at 9:00 a.m., 12 p.m., 3 p.m., and 6 p.m. each day. Similarly to other examples of a Disney virtual queue, you must be on property at Disney Springs in order to be eligible for entry.

Presumably, this means if you are not able to secure a time slot at first, you have multiple opportunities to try again throughout the day, and each day for the duration of Santa’s stay at the Walt Disney World Resort.
According to the Disney World website, up to ten Guests within a party can sign up for the meet-and-greet under one reservation. The Guest’s account used to register will notify them when it is time to return and provide a link to a digital entry code.

Disney Spring’s meet-and-greet with Santa runs from November 11 through December 24, 2022. Guests can find more information about this free meet-and-greet experience via the Walt Disney World website. There are also plenty of opportunities for Christmas cheer in each Disney Park.
Will you be visiting jolly St. Nick this holiday season?
