The Fallout franchise is breaking out of the vault and into Universal theme parks. This fall, Prime Video’s post-apocalyptic hit will be brought to life at Halloween Horror Nights with haunted house attractions at both Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort.
Universal confirms that fans will come face-to-face with a young squire named Maximus and gaze in awe at his T-60 armor, one of the most recognizable visuals in the Fallout universe. It’s part of a larger walkthrough experience that pulls directly from the 2024 Prime Video adaptation of the best-selling video game series.
‘Fallout’ Arrives At Universal Studios
The haunted house centers around Lucy MacLean, the show’s central character, as guests explore the blood-soaked corridors of Vault 33. Inspired by the series’ harrowing visuals and bleak tone, the attraction kicks off after a deadly massacre and plunges visitors deep into the devastated world of Vault-Tec’s underground shelters.
According to Universal, the house will bring the most unforgettable and ghastly moments of the show to life. Expect to encounter mutated monsters, savage raiders, and twisted ghouls rising from the irradiated wasteland. The journey doesn’t stop at the vault doors—guests will roam derelict diners, crumbling highways, and war-torn cityscapes as they uncover a larger mystery lurking in the ruins above.

A Dream Crossover
Universal says the set design, audio, and costuming will reflect the show’s retro-futuristic aesthetic, marrying mid-century Americana with the grim reality of nuclear fallout. This distinct visual identity helped Fallout stand out among recent game-to-TV adaptations and is expected to translate into an immersive Halloween experience.
Fallout joins a growing lineup of IP-driven and original attractions set to debut at Halloween Horror Nights 2025. Tickets are on sale now for both Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood, with options including single-night admission, multi-night passes, and RIP tours.
