One Reddit user responded, expressing that they thought it could be a “legal issue” such as Guests fighting each other or “trying to get into prohibited areas.”

Another Reddit user also responded, saying that the police (as in, not Park security) will only become involved if there’s been a physical altercation, if someone with an active warrant is present, or if there’s been “a potential fatality.” The same user points out that the original poster didn’t mention any paramedics, making this scenario an unlikely explanation.

Fans mostly came to the general consensus that there must have been a fight or a physical altercation.

However, Disney hasn’t made any statements and the situation hasn’t been mentioned in any news stories. Therefore, it’s important to note that this is all speculation at this point.
