Waiting for Your Disney H2O+ Delivery? It Might Never Arrive…

It is not often that Disney fails to fulfill online orders, but unfortunately for fans who rushed to order an exclusive line of Disney Parks products, this might just be the case.

H2O+ was the third-party brand of bath products that had been available to Guests staying at Disney Resorts (including those at Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Aulani, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort, and Disney Cruise Line) for several years. Earlier this summer, the brand announced that it was retiring, and limited supplies of what products remained could be purchased from select retailers, including on shopDisney.

While the products had also been sold in full-sized packaging at most Disney Resort gift shops, those stocks would surely run out quickly when the brand announced its retirement. And for fans ordering through shopDisney, Disney added special savings on top of pre-existing discounts for Guests with select memberships.

With so many Disney fans rushing to purchase the products, it seems shopDisney may have promised more orders than they are actually able to fulfill. Disney Dining received the following screenshot of an email that a fan received from shopDisney regarding their order:

If your order from shopDisney cannot be fulfilled, you will be given a refund, so while you will not be able to close your eyes and let the scent of H2O+ shampoo take you back to your favorite Disney Resort, you will at least not be out on the items’ cost.

So what exactly can be done if your order is one of the ones left unfulfilled? Sadly options are limited as H2O+ items, and specifically the Disney branded ones, are only going to continue being more difficult to find. If you are local to Walt Disney World or Disneyland, you may want to check out some of the Resort gift shops to see if any H2O+ products remain.

Outside of Disney Parks, you might have some luck tracking down H2O+ items but they likely will not be Disney branded or the familiar scents you know from the Resorts like grapefruit bergamot for instance. The company originally recommended Amazon as the best place to shop what products remain, and we have seen instances of fans coming across discounted H2O+ items at Burlington Coat Factory.

While we can’t confirm as we have not seen them ourselves, if you are really on the lookout, you may also want to try Marshall’s, TJ Maxx or Homegoods. Occasionally you can find third-party brands’ Disney merchandise in these locations. (Unrelated, but these shops have been an excellent spot to find Disney-branded Joffrey’s Coffee outside of the theme parks.)

Ideally, your order will not be affected by the low stock situation, but if it is, we hope these tips are able to help you score what might remain of H2O+ products. Best of luck!
