Fall is a magical time to visit Walt Disney World! With the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival running through November and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party taking over the Magic Kingdom on select nights through Halloween, there are lots of ways to celebrate spooky season during a Disney vacation.
This year, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is returning for the first time since 2019. For past two years, modified events were offered with the Boo Bash After Hours Party due to restraints from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Guests are understandably excited about the return of this classic Magic Kingdom event, which comes complete with favorite experiences like Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular Fireworks and Mickey’s Boo-To-You Parade, along with rare character meet-and-greets, the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, trick-or-treating, and more.
With all of the pent up demand for this popular Disney Park event, it is no surprise that tickets are already beginning to sell out. Currently, tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are already sold out for Halloween night, on October 31, 2022.
Halloween night is the last night that the party takes place, and of course, with it being the holiday many Guests do plan to spend the evening at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (what better place to do your ‘official’ trick-or-treating than at Walt Disney World?)
So far, Halloween is the only night of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party that is sold out for this fall, but tickets are sure to start selling quickly, so we recommend ordering yours as soon as you know which dates you’ll be able to attend the party.
Tickets to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party cost $109-199 depending on the date of your visit. Weekends and the dates closest to Halloween will generally cost more, while weeknights and dates earlier in the season will cost less. This year’s event kicks off on August 12, 2022, so depending on when you visit Walt Disney World you may find more availability and better ticket pricing toward the beginning of the season.
Remember when you purchase your tickets that you can enter the park early! Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party takes place from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., however, your tickets can be used to enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 p.m. If you are looking to save some extra money on a theme park ticket that day, or if you were unable to get a reservation for the Magic Kingdom, you can still spend a couple of hours in the park before the party begins.
We can’t wait to see the return of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party with all of its festive entertainment, spooky spins on popular attractions like Space Mountain and Pirates of the Caribbean, appearances by the Sanderson Sisters, and of course, lots and lots of candy.
Be sure to order your tickets soon, and we’ll see you at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this fall!
