The Disney culinary team is cooking something up! If you don’t have enough reasons to visit Disney World, this may do it for you. Disney Resorts each offer its own unique experience with its theme for the entire Resort. Along with the theme comes the Resort own amenities and dining options. Disney’s Contemporary Resort is one of Disney World’s most iconic Resorts. Only steps away from Magic Kingdom, it also offers the monorail running through the Resort for transportation convenience.
Disney’s Contemporary Resort has undergone changes since its opening day in 1971. As one of the two original Resorts on the property, it holds a special place at Disney World. This must be why Disney’s culinary team put together such spectacular menu items. Contempo Cafe is introducing new menu items today.

Contempo Cafe New Menu Items
Run, take the monorail, call the Minnie Van service, and do something for these all-new menu items! Starting today, August 16, these items will be available for Guests to enjoy. The dining option offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, “This eatery boasts a prime view of monorails buzzing by—and the 90-foot mural by Mary Blair, the legendary artist behind “it’s a small world,” Disney writes.

The new menu items combine both sweet and savory, satisfying every craving. For breakfast, Guests can enjoy the Breakfast Flatbread or the Minnie Cinnamon roll. Lunch and dinner offer Four-Cheese Grilled Cheese & Tomato-Basil Soup and the Spice Chicken Sandwich. Signature Rice Bowls will also become available at 4:00 p.m. every day. What’s great about these bowls is the versatility of options, offering something for even plant-based diets.
The Disney Chefs did not disappoint with these all-new desserts. “The pastry chefs have brought their A-game with six – yes, six – new decadent bites,” Disney reports. New offers include;
