Disneyland fans get excited because the wait is almost over! Disney is known for its unique experiences with attractions, entertainment, and dining. As the Parks often change, reimagine, and create new experiences, Guests patiently wait until we can enjoy the newest creations.

Disney’s The Princess and the Frog (2009) is the hit film inspiring many changes in Disneyland Resort. As Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is still underway, another location inspired by the princess is almost ready to open. Tiana’s Palace has finally gotten an opening date and it’s much sooner than you may think!

Tiana’s Palace is Opening

Opening on September 7, Guests and fans only have a few short weeks left to wait for the grand opening. “Mosey on down to Tiana’s Palace where family and friends gather around for a delicious Southern meal inspired by Creole and Cajun cuisine,” Disney writes on the webpage that is now live! Soak up the welcoming atmosphere and experience the celebratory spirit at Tiana’s Palace.

Disneyland says new menu items will “represent Tiana’s story and honor the flavors and flair of New Orleans,” Scott Gustin writes. Mobile orders will also be offered. While the menu is not yet listed, Guests can look forward to “Southern comfort dishes and plates with a Cajun and Creole twist.” If the opening isn’t exciting enough, check out all of these discounts that will be offered at Tiana’s Palace, too.

Magic Key Holders receive a discount that is also valid every day. Imagine Key Pass, Enchant Key Pass, and Believe Key Pass are all eligible for 10% off. Dream Key Pass and Inspire Key Pass can receive 15% off at Tiana’s Palace. Additionally, Disney Vacation Club Members and Disney Visa Cardmembers may also receive discounts here. It’s important to note Disney Visa Cardmembers, the discount excludes alcoholic beverages.

The Princess and the Frog is a modern twist on a classic tale set in New Orleans. “Featuring a beautiful girl named Tiana, a frog prince who desperately wants to be human again, and a fateful kiss that leads them both on a hilarious adventure through the mystical bayous of Louisiana,” Disney details. Maybe Guests will be lucky enough to see Princess Tiana at Tiana’s Palace during the opening day or a new location with a meet and greet. Who knows, one could only hope!
