Disney Park’s Pirates of the Caribbean Ride Closed Until 2023

As you prepare to set sail for adventure and thrills with Captain Jack Sparrow, unfortunately, one Disney Park has closed the iconic Pirates of the Caribbean attraction until next year.

While we’re used to regularly riding along on Walt Disney World Resort’s version of Pirates of the Caribbean at Magic Kingdom Park, as well as Disneyland Park’s version, Tokyo Disney Resort Guests are going to have a long wait before they can sing “Yo Ho, Yo Ho, a Pirate’s life for me” once again.

Several attractions and experiences are currently undergoing closures at Tokyo Disney Resort, as the Disney Park has is experiencing a massive overhaul of the Tomorrowland portion of the Park.

Pirates of the Caribbean is one of the attractions that closed on Monday, September 5, 2022. According to Tokyo Disney Resort’s website, the iconic boat ride will not reopen until April 7, 2023.

Not only are Tokyo Disney Resort Guests going to be missing out on experiencing Pirates of the Caribbean, but other attractions, including Space Mountain are also closed at the moment.
