Interacting with characters is an aspect of Disney Parks that fans have treasured since Walt Disney opened his first theme Park in 1955. Disney lovers have eagerly awaited the return of some of their favorite meet and greets since their removal due to COVID-19.
Well, we have good news! The Disney Parks Blog shared that some of our favorite character dining experiences are returning to Walt Disney World Guests this fall.
Winnie the Pooh and friends will return once again to frolic about during lunch and dinner at the Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom Park. Starting September 20, 2022 the event is officially entitled, The Crystal Palace: A Buffet With Characters featuring Winnie the Pooh and Friends.
This beautiful greenhouse is a fan favorite, with tables and chairs nestled into a Victorian-style garden. We’ve missed our furry friends from the Hundred Acre Wood and can’t wait to see them again!
Two Disney Resorts will be joining The Crystal Palace in welcoming characters back to their restaurants. First up, Stitch will be on hand for breakfast at ‘Ohana in Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, starting September 27, 2022.
This tropically-themed restaurant resides on the second floor of the Resort’s Great Ceremonial House and is a beautiful location to grab a bite. Officially referred to as ‘Ohana Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo and Stitch, Guests can sneak in a hug or two as they enjoy their favorite food offerings. The famous Mickey waffles are served at this location, too, in case you were wondering!
Over at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, located in the EPCOT Resort area of Walt Disney World, Minnie and friends will be returning to Cape May Cafe! Known as Minnie’s Beach Bash Breakfast, Guests can enjoy their meal alongside their favorite characters starting October 4, 2022.
