Five of these resorts are considered value– Pop Century, Art of Animation, All-Star Music, All-Star Sports, and All-Star Movies, as well as the campsites at Fort Wilderness. We have why you might want to consider a stay at one of these value resorts during your next Walt Disney World vacation.

Value=Less Money

Everyone knows that a trip to Walt Disney World isn’t cheap. Staying at a value Resort is one way to save some money and still enjoy the perks of staying on property. Value resorts range in price from $100 to $200 for most evenings which compared to a moderate that starts at around $200 per night, and deluxe that can get up to $700 per night, is a huge price saver. If you are looking to save a little money while still on Disney property, we highly recommend looking into the value resorts.

Same Perks

Just because you are staying at a value Resort doesn’t mean you don’t get Disney perks. Disney is offering early entry to all four theme parks, and it doesn’t matter if you are staying at a value or a deluxe Resort. Another perk you will be able to take advantage of is the free transportation. At all the value resorts, you will still be able to use the complimentary Disney buses that take you to and from the four theme parks and Disney Springs. Sometimes the buses at the value resorts run even better than those at the deluxe. If you want to receive some of these perks without paying deluxe pricing, you can still have them at a value Resort.

Good Food Courts

If your family loves variety and quick food options, value resorts are a great option. The food courts, as the value Resorts, provide some excellent food choices and delicious treats as well. Disney’s All-Star Sports features End Zone Food Court, Disney’s All-Star Music features Intermission Food Court, Disney’s All-Star Movies has World Premiere Food Court, Disney’s Pop Century features Everything POP Shopping & Dining, and Disney’s Art of Animation has Landscape of Flavors. The All-Stars are known for their unique and well themed cupcakes. Don’t miss out on them if you are staying there. Family-friendly options can be found at each location, and a large seating area provides Guests with a great option to start the day, a quick meal before hitting the pool, or once returning for the evening.

Not In Your Room

If you are a family that hits the parks in the morning and doesn’t come home until bedtime, a value Resort is a great option for your accommodations. These resorts are perfect for those that need a shower and a bed with a little Disney theming. If you don’t plan to spend a lot of time at the Resort, consider saving some money and looking into a value option.

Options for Larger Families

It can be difficult for larger families to find accommodations without spending a lot of money. Two of the value resorts offer great options for larger families without a large price tag. Art of Animation offers family suites (Cars, Nemo and Lion King themed). These rooms provide sleeping arrangements for six people along with two bathrooms and a living area. These are great for bigger families. All-Star Music offers family suites as well. These do cost a little more than a standard value room, but they are still extremely reasonable.

Super Fun

The value resorts all have over the top, fun, and exciting themes. You can feel the energy at these resorts and the excitement to be at Disney is present. If you want to feel immersed in Disney, the value resorts provide just that. Larger than life icons are present at all the resorts making it super fun to walk around and take pictures. These resorts are just full of energy at all times of the year.

Visit Moderate and Deluxe

Just because you are staying at a Value Resort doesn’t mean you can’t visit moderate and deluxe resorts. Feel free to experience a meal at one of the other resorts or even walk through and see what they have to offer. There are some great dining options at moderate and deluxe resorts, and they are a fun way to experience the Resort without staying there.

Skyliner Fun

Another excellent reason to choose a value Resort is that you can be right on the Skyliner line. Both Pop Century and Art of Animation provide Skyliner access to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This is an outstanding transportation option as you can quickly get to and from these parks.

You should look into a value Resort if:

– you are looking to save money on your vacation

– you spend most of your time at the parks

– your family enjoys, quick and easy meals

– you have a larger family

Disney’s value resorts are extremely well themed and a great option for those wanting to save money on their Walt Disney World vacation while still experiencing the magic of staying on Disney property. Each value Resort offers a fun, high energy stay that can be perfect for your family. Make sure you look into this money saving Resort as an option for your next Walt Disney World vacation. You might be surprised how much you enjoy them.

About Jennifer Retzlaff

My name is Jennifer Retzlaff and I became a lifelong Disney fan during my first trip to Walt Disney World in 6th grade. From that moment, Disney became a big part of my life. I live in Iowa with my husband and two kids who are growing up too quickly for my liking. I started introducing my love for Disney early to my family with a Disney honeymoon and then trips when our youngest of 18 months. Since then, our family has been to Walt Disney World over five times and we continue to plan and dream for the next trip. I love the magic that Disney brings to people through the theme parks, cruises, adventures and movies they create. As a teacher, I try to bring that magic into my classroom to help kids believe that “If You Can Dream It, You Can Do It.” I recently reached a dream of mine as I joined Magic Vacation Planner as a personal travel advisor. With this team, I can now help others plan magical vacations. As a passionate writer, I also have my own blog at magicalvacationsbyjen which is also where you can follow me on instagram for trip reviews along with tips and tricks for your next magical vacation.
