Special Star Wars Treats Coming to Disney World for Limited Time

Guests don’t have to travel to a galaxy far, far away to get their hands on some delicious snacks and drinks to celebrate May the 4th!

May the 4th, dubbed ‘Star Wars Day’, will likely be busy at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but Disney has now revealed an array of exciting Star Wars-themed treats to keep crowds entertained.

The Outer Rim planet of Batuu will be a popular place this Wednesday, May 4 at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California and at Disney’s Hollywood Studios Park in Orlando, Florida. The Star Wars-themed land is set between Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi (2017) and Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker (2019) in the Star Wars timeline, and features two attractions – Millenium Falcon: Smugglers Run, and the ever-popular Rise of the Resistance.

Disney Parks Blog today, May 2, published the May the 4th Foodie Guide with some tantalizing options for Walt Disney World Resort Guests. So, let’s jump to lightspeed and explore the new foodie options!

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

At the Churro Carts in Grand Avenue, Market, and Anaheim Produce, Guests can find an incredible Instagram-worthy snack for Star Wars fans. Available from May 4 through May 5, Disney will be selling a Lightsaber Churro served with chocolate sauce.

Over at the ABC Commissary, Backlot Express, PizzeRizzo, and Rosie’s All-American Café, a special drink will be available May 4 through 5 on Mobile Order. The non-alcoholic Jettison Juice contains Minute Maid Lemonade and watermelon and is served with a glow cube.

Another beautifully designed snack is the Dark Side Chocolate Creation. Found at Backlot Express, PizzeRizzo, and The Trolley Car Café from May 4 through 5 (on Mobile Order at Backlot Express and PizzeRizzo), the dessert is a malted milk chocolate mousse dome with raspberry mousse filling, slivered almonds, and chocolate shortbread cookie.

Of course, Backlot Express at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will still offer its delicious Wookiee Cookie, two oatmeal cookies with vanilla cream filling garnished with a milk chocolate sash on top.

At the Brown Derby Lounge, Oasis Canteen, and Sunshine Day Bar from May 4 through 5, Guests can savor the Cosmic Rum Punch, a drink made from Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, Bacardi Superior Rum, pineapple juice, Minute Maid lemonade, and grenadine, all served with a glow cube.

Over at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Batuu near Oga’s Cantina, available May 4 through 5 on Mobile Order will be the Oi-Oi Puff, a raspberry cream puff with passion fruit mousse.

At Epic Eats from May 4 through 5 will be the Galactic Swirl Funnel Cake, a black and white funnel cake with strawberries, space dust, and candy rocks.

At the Milk Stand in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Guests will find the novelty Bubo Wamba Family Farms Cup for their Blue or Green Milk on Mobile Order starting May 4.

The Popcorn Stands near the Hyperion Theater, Animation Courtyard, and Anaheim Produce will have Interstellar Sweet and Crunchy Popcorn available May 4 through 5, featuring caramel popcorn, cookies ‘n cream pieces, and sweet and spicy pecans.

Disney Springs

Over at Disney Springs, Amorette’s Patisserie may have one of the most creative dessert offerings for Star Wars Day! Available May 4 through 8, its Lightsaber Eclairs feature different flavors including Mace Windu berry cherry, Master Yoda pistachio, Rey passion pineapple, Darth Vader Dark Side mousse flavored with cayenne pepper and cinnamon, and Obi-Wan Kenobi blue matcha. Look how colorful they are!

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort

The Pineapple Lanai on May 4 will be serving the Millennium Falcon Star Wars Soft Serve Sundae, a galactic gray vanilla soft-serve with chocolate cream cookie crumbles, chocolate drizzle, white chocolate pearl stars, brownie asteroid pieces with stardust sparkles, and a Millennium Falcon chocolate accent piece.

So many Disney snack choices! Disney Parks has really outdone itself for this year’s Star Wars celebration at Walt Disney World.
