Disney is currently celebrating “Halfway to the Holidays” by sharing some exciting updates about this year’s holiday season at Disney Parks, and we just noticed some new outfits for favorite characters that made their way into some of the promotions.

The new outfits are the cutest, and they look like they will be a great addition to the holiday festivities in the Magic Kingdom this year.
Typically Guests can find the characters all decked out in their holiday apparel during the seasonal parade and stage show, as well as at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (or the After-Hours event that took place last year). We are expecting to hear news on what this year’s holiday parties could look like later this week, and we will be sure to keep you posted as we know more!

Last year, characters at Disneyland received new outfits, with Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy sporting slightly updated versions of their traditional looks at Walt Disney World. The last Disneyland outfit change garnered mixed reactions among fans, as some found their looks to be a bit too modern for their liking. The new Magic Kingdom designs, however, definitely seem like a more refreshed take on the characters’ traditional holiday outfits that we have seen in years past.

Earlier this week, Disney revealed some new “Halfway to the Holidays” treats as well. If you happen to be visiting the Parks this week, you may stumble upon some deliciously unexpected seasonal treats without having to wait for the winter months!
