Calling All ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’ Fans! Here’s Why You Need to Visit Basin Soon

This time of year brings about all things spooky! What does Fall mean to you? We can’t help but think about Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, a time to celebrate the Disney villains, cozy nights in with the Sanderson Sisters, watching Hocus Pocus – there’s just so much fun to be had!

It’s also that time of year to watch Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas again. This stop-motion animated musical produced by Tim Burton and directed by Henry Selick is known for its well-loved soundtrack that is written by Danny Elfman. It tells the story of Jack Skellington, whose singing voice is voiced by Danny Elfman, the King of Halloween Town, who stumbles across Christmas Town, whose ruler is Santa Claus. What’s even better about the Disney film is that it’s totally acceptable to continue to watch it right through into the Christmas season too. If you’re anything like us, we like to enjoy the Halloween movies during September and October, and once November 1 arrives, Christmas movies are our choice of viewing through November and December. After all, Christmas begins as the clock strikes midnight on November 1, right?!

There’s one exception to these film-watching rules, though… Seeing as Nightmare Before Christmas combines our two favorite seasons, it seems only right to be able to watch it from September and right through until Christmas. Are you the same?
