Sometimes Disney character interactions don’t go quite as planned. With so many different personalities, it can be hard to tell if a Cast Member is joking or serious, which is oftentimes part of the fun! Yesterday we shared a questionable interaction between a pirate and a little girl in the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction at Walt Disney World Resort.
During Halloween this year, Florida added some new elements to the Park for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. One of the exclusive new offerings includes live Pirates spread throughout the attraction in Magic Kingdom Park.
Guests can mingle with the swashbuckling scavengers, who are known to provide some comic relief through their interactions. A little girl wasn’t quite sure if one of the pirates she encountered was joking when he told her to go away multiple times.
Other interactions are just plain fun! A TikTok creator, @disneyfoodiern, has been doing a series where she goes around asking Disney characters what their favorite foods are, and let me tell you, it’s pretty entertaining to watch!
In part 2 of her series, she interacts with Belle first. As the brunette beauty ponders her answer, she cleverly replies that the Grey Stuff is her favorite. A reference to Beauty and the Beast (1991), the sweet treat is served at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resort.
Next on her adventure, the TikToker heads over to Fantasyland to meet with the boy who won’t grow up! Peter Pan excitedly announces that his favorite food is pumpkin muffins with chocolate chips, which is apparently a specialty made by Tinkerbell.
Ariel’s up next, and the oceanic explorer cheerfully tells all about her favorite food, which is basically anything that contains seaweed! The redhead explains that she prefers sweet treats like cake and pancakes that feature the special ingredient.

Lastly, the Disney creator meets with one of Star Wars (1977) most contemptible villains, but his response isn’t quite what she hoped for. The shrouded character does not wish to play along and refuses to answer her question, calling it irrelevant and turning away!
This is exactly what the dark villain would do if faced with such a ridiculous question in his galactic universe, so no harm was done. It’s always fun to see Disney fans interact with their favorite characters at Walt Disney World Resort, especially when they give us a good laugh!
