Of course, with a multi-course dining experience, no visit to Victoria & Albert’s would be complete without indulging in a dessert. New on the dessert menu is the “Spectrum of Chocolate,” which is made with specialty sourced chocolates with accents of vanilla, Champagne, and Grand Marnier.

Victoria & Albert’s drink menu is also noteworthy, with over 500 selections of wine from 35 regions around the world. Not sure what to order? Expert sommeliers are on hand to help you decide. New this year, Victoria & Albert’s features a zero-proof cocktail pairing that complements each course, along with some of the Resort’s most exquisite cocktail options.
