Signature dining experiences are one of our favorite splurge-worthy activities at the Walt Disney World Resort, especially if you are looking to add something extra special to your vacation or if you are celebrating a special occasion.
Many of Disney’s Deluxe Resorts are home to some of the best signature dining locations, and it is no surprise that the most renowned can be found at the flagship Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa with Victoria & Albert’s.
As Walt Disney World’s only AAA Five-Diamond Restaurant returns, Guests will be able to experience all-new settings and menu items expertly crafted by the Grand Floridian Resort’s talented culinary staff at this most luxurious dining experience – And we’ve got all the details.
In addition to a newly refreshed dining room inspired by Queen Victoria’s Jubilee Celebration, Victoria & Albert’s returns with all-new menu items worthy of the restaurant’s renowned reputation.
Disney shared that the menu at Victoria & Albert’s will continue to rotate with an “ever-evolving” selection of items available to Guests based on what is fresh and in-season. Some of the new dishes that Guests could find available during their visits include:
- Glacier 51 Toothfish with charred mushroom and sambal, and Danish Hiramasa with carrot and Okinawan potatoes
- Heirloom Tomatoes with gazpacho and 100-year balsamico
- Carrot Tikka Masala with cilantro and puri bread
- Wagyu A-5 Miyazaki with potato rösti and romesco
Of course, with a multi-course dining experience, no visit to Victoria & Albert’s would be complete without indulging in a dessert. New on the dessert menu is the “Spectrum of Chocolate,” which is made with specialty sourced chocolates with accents of vanilla, Champagne, and Grand Marnier.
Victoria & Albert’s drink menu is also noteworthy, with over 500 selections of wine from 35 regions around the world. Not sure what to order? Expert sommeliers are on hand to help you decide. New this year, Victoria & Albert’s features a zero-proof cocktail pairing that complements each course, along with some of the Resort’s most exquisite cocktail options.
The dining options at the restaurant will be similar to what has been offered at the location for years, all with the updated menu items and refreshed space. The Dining Room will serve Guests a tasting menu that can be tailored based on individual restrictions or plant-based diets, all with the top-notch craftsmanship that the Resort’s culinary team is known for.
Queen Victoria’s Room offers seating in a more intimate space, where Guests can enjoy a prix-fixe tasting menu created by the Chef de Cuisine just for their visit.
And one of the experiences that Victoria & Albert’s is known for is the Chef’s Table offers a “front-row seat” with views of the kitchen. This table only seats up to six Guests and is available for one reservation per evening.
Victoria & Albert’s is no “ordinary” Disney signature dining experience as this location does have an age restriction, dress code, and it requires reservations. Guests must be ages 10 and over to dine at Victoria & Albert’s and the dress code is semi-formal/formal. Reservations may be made 60 days in advance at DisneyWorld.com or by calling (407) 939-3862.
