Looking for a way to extend the value of your Disney theme park ticket? Select attractions, shops, and restaurants sometimes stay open after Disney Parks close, allowing Guests more time to re-experience some of the best parts of their vacation.
Post-closing activities typically consist of dinner, when reservations are booked toward the end of the evening, or shopping at locations that stay open while Guests continue to exit (like the Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A. in the Magic Kingdom.)

Some of the best unofficial after-hours experiences are available in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, with Guests often opting to stay late inside the Disney Park to enjoy a quieter evening at Oga’s Cantina (the last reservation time is usually set for Park closing.)
For a limited time after the holidays, Guests at Hollywood Studios will be able to take in one of Disney World’s most popular nighttime spectaculars after Park close.

According to Disney’s website and the My Disney Experience app, Fantasmic!’s second performance will take place after the Park closes from December 26, 2022-January 7, 2023. On these dates, the second showing will take place at 9:30 p.m. where the rest of this Disney Park is set to close at 9:00 p.m.
The second showing of Fantasmic! is typically less crowded than the first. If you are hoping to see the show, which only returned to Walt Disney World last month and is more popular than ever as a result, we always recommend seeing the second show if you can.

Since Fantasmic! returned to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the beloved nighttime spectacular has featured new seasons with characters and music from Aladdin (1992), Mulan (1998), Frozen (2013), and Moana (2016). If you have not seen the show in several years, it simply must go right to the top of your list for your next Disney vacation.
Disney’s official description of Fantasmic! reads:

The fantastic fantasy includes Disney Characters from some of your favorite animated films: Moana, Frozen 2, Mulan, Aladdin, Pocahontas, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King.
